Katie has accumulated nearly fifteen years of experience in the legal sector, beginning her career as a court runner and process server from 2011 to 2018. Throughout this period, she has gained a thorough understanding of the judicial system, legal statutes, and protocols. 

Awaiting to broaden her opportunities with the knowledge acquired through her experience as a court runner and process server, in 2017, Kaite enrolled at Cerro Coso Community College in the Paralegal program. Katie successfully completed her two-year program in May 2019.  

After years of practicing within legal offices, Katie recognized that the rights, resources, and assets of most clients were being inefficiently utilized owing to numerous court continuances, correspondence with attorneys, and the consequent escalation of attorney fees. 

Katie experienced frustration due to frequently serving as the initial point of contact for her clients and being unable to provide any explanation for the perceived waste of their time and resources.

Katie aimed to improve outcomes for her clients and the court system. In July 2024, Katie decided to leave the law office and start her own legal document business. She is registered and bonded in Fresno County as a Legal Document Assistant, with Registration number X202410000013, exp 07/24/2026, to offer high-quality legal services to individuals seeking self-help at a fraction of the cost that an attorney would charge.  

Although Katie is not an attorney and cannot represent anyone in court or provide legal advice to her clients, with fifteen years in the legal field, combined with her education, knowledge, and resources, her goal is to prioritize the protection of your rights and advocate for your interests. She will work hard to achieve the most favorable outcome for you.
